Our team has been tracking the Super Duty program since 2021, and with that long lead time, our engineering focus has been clear. Over the past 18 months, we’ve been developing next-generation service body and flatdeck solutions with heavy commercial vehicle requirements front of mind.
The result is a range of purpose-designed products, not retrofitted solutions — systems that have been engineered specifically to suit a heavier, more capable platform.
With targeted refinements, our MaxiDeck Service Body and MaxiTray Flatdeck are now Super Duty–specific and built to specification.
MaxiDeck Service Body | Super Duty Ready
Available for Double Cab, Super Cab and Single Cab configurations, the MaxiDeck Service Body has been engineered to maximise usable space while maintaining compliance, durability, and ease of use.

1950mm wide body, maximising internal storage while taking full advantage of the wider Super Duty rear view mirrors
Fully compliant with NZTA heavy vehicle requirements
Full range of interior and underbody accessories available
Warranty matched to Ford — 5 years / 150,000km
Integrated work and hazard lighting, operated through the Ford factory switch panel

The MaxiTray Flatdeck has been engineered specifically for real-world payloads and demanding work environments, with compliance and strength built in from the ground up.
