Our Rack-It roof rack system for utes was designed to provide real solutions for operators needing roof racks on their utes.
A big problem faced with roof racks on utes is the movement between the cab and canopy, which is particularly critical with the addition of a ladder rack. Our engineers have developed a solution to overcome this problem, by adding rubber isolators to the roof rack system to allow for the flex in the chassis which protects the cab roof from damage. Without this solution the flex can cause the roof rack to dent or tear a hole in the cab roof. Canopy roof rack legs are bolted directly to the canopy for the ABS Plastic and Crown canopy models to provide added strength.
As well as being so practical, our Rack-It roof racks just look so good! They are available in 1,2,3 or 4 bar configurations. We use heavy duty square bars with a 50kg capacity per bar. However oval bars are available on request.
Our Rack-It roof rack systems have been designed to provide real solutions for van operators. Our roof racks are available as either track or gutter mount setups – depending on the make of the van – with the option of either 1,2,3 or 4 bars. We recommend an average load capacity of 50kg per bar.
